We have three different kinds of proposals, urgent proposals, normal proposals and permanent proposals. The urgent will be voted upon within one week, the normal ones within one month and the permanent proposals permanently until they lose support and have a rating < 50% for one month. You rate and comment all proposals. Proposals receiving a support with >50 % will become polls, and finally decided upon.
